Media Production Services

The City of Prescott is seeking proposals from qualified firms or independent professionals to provide ongoing media production services, including photography, videography, video editing, and digital content creation under a professional services agreement. The City anticipates awarding one or two contracts to provide these services for an initial one-year term, with the option to renew based on performance, funding, and City needs. Services may include on-site photography and videography, post-production editing, creative collaboration, asset management, and project coordination.

In addition to core media production services, the City may request optional services from qualified contractors, including audio/visual support for City Council and other public meetings held in Council Chambers, livestream production, meeting recording and archiving, management of the City's government access media channel, operation of the TelVue media management system, and FAA-certified drone photography and videography. Proposers are encouraged to identify any optional services they are qualified to provide and submit separate pricing for those services.

The City intends to establish one or more professional services contracts for an initial one-year term, with renewal options based on performance, funding availability, and City needs. Contractors will be selected based on relevant experience, qualifications, portfolio quality, understanding of the requested services, ability to meet project schedules, optional service capabilities, and overall value to the City. The City reserves the right to award contracts to one or multiple firms to best meet the diverse media production needs of the organization.

The City of Prescott regularly produces and distributes visual media to inform residents, promote City programs and services, support tourism and economic development initiatives, document public meetings and community events, and enhance public engagement across multiple communication platforms. As the City's communication needs continue to grow, the City requires access to professional, media production services that can provide high-quality photography, videography, editing, and related production support in a timely and consistent manner. Establishing one or more contracts through this Request for Proposals will provide the flexibility to assign projects based on contractor expertise and availability while ensuring consistent quality, efficient project delivery, and professional representation of the City across digital, print, and broadcast media.
