Project Description: The program is requesting the exact items listed on the pricing sheet, as they meet the department’s specific requirements. However, we will accept and evaluate bids offering substitute items, provided vendors include documentation demonstrating that the substitutes meet or exceed the specifications of the requested parts.
The purpose of this solicitation is to solicit responses to enter into a contract with a qualified vendor to obtain the products and/or services listed for Salt Lake Community College. After reviewing the submitted responses, the College may choose not to proceed with the procurement.
