Description
The Department of National Defence (DND) requires an Independent Human Resources Evaluation Consultant to conduct an external program evaluation of the psychometric and confirmatory assessment tools used in the promotion process for General Officers and Flag Officers (GOFOs) within the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) since 2022. This evaluation responds to Recommendation #33 of the Independent External Comprehensive Review (IECR) by the Honourable Louise Arbour.
The estimated contract period will be 3 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/02/13.
