Description

Health Canada is seeking to issue a Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) that requires Contractors with a knowledge of the litigation process, and experience with large collections of hard copy evidence for specific projects requiring source/attachment unitization and coding. Knowledge of Nuix Discover litigation support software is an asset for this work or experience working with other litigation support software such as Relativity, Concordance, Disco, Exterro or Everlaw. There will be two streams of call-ups under the standing offer depending on the security of the documents. Call-ups against the standing offer will be issued for documents up to and including Protected B (Stream1) or for Protected and Classified Secret information (Stream 2). The purpose of this RFI is to inform industry of HC’s requirement and to give industry the opportunity to provide feedback on the requirement and subsequent engagement activities. Responses to this RFI will assist Canada in initiating a dialogue about the requirements and possible solutions.
