Professional Services for the Preparation of the South Main Street Brownfield Opportunity Area Nomination Study

The Town of Eden is seeking to retain a Consultant, or team of Consultants to provide professional services to oversee and coordinate the development of a Brownfield Opportunity Area (“BOA”) Plan with funding provided by the New York State Department of State (“DOS”). The BOA Plan will result in a detailed description and analysis of the existing conditions, development opportunities, and reuse potential of parcels located in the proposed BOA. The study will strategically focus on key sites that are perceived as catalysts for redevelopment of the entire BOA.
