AMD 0001
The purpose of the amendment is to:
A. Provide responses to questions. RFP Attachment 4 RFP Questions and Answers Template.
B. Update SF1449 Block 8 to March 27, 2025, 11:00AM CT
C. Update 52.212-1 to include non-Govt advisor.
D. Update 52.212-5 and clauses incorporated by reference by removing clauses as directed by Deviation 2025-O0003.
Questions due date March 13, 2025. Proposal due date March 27, 2025.
The Contractor shall replace the existing Avaya 8800 CM7 at the 67 sites listed in section 8.1. The Contractor shall ensure the solution provides voice recording capabilities, telephony management systems (TMS) which is on Defense Information Systems (DISA) DODIN APL, at the 105 sites in sections 8.1 and 8.2. The proposed on-premises solution shall adhere to the latest DODIN APL approved Voice System configuration and be compliant with current E911 laws (Kari's Law, Ray Baum's Act Section 506) and Suicide Prevention Hotline requirements. The Contractor shall provide project management, all associated project management documentation and supply all new equipment, licenses (estimate 1000 per site), tools, materials, training (see para 6.3.15) and quality control necessary to replace the currently failing and non-compliant solutions identified above.
