The impending solicitation will be for the replacement, repair and improvement of the underground utilities projects affecting real property, including infrastructure, at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JBMDL), NJ. The requirement includes, but is not limited to the repair of existing and construction of new water, sanitary sewer, and storm water systems; repair and construction of lift stations and water wells; and repairs and improvements to water and sewer treatment plants. Work may also include repairs and improvements to infrastructures, horizontal and vertical concrete work, asphalt paving, excavation, asphalt removal, leveling, grading, compaction, aggregate, tack coats, and pavement striping. .
