NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Town Board of the Town of Blooming Grove, County of Orange, New York, hereby invites
the submission of Sealed Bids for the following:
(1) Regular Unleaded Gas
(2) On-Road Diesel Fuel
Detailed specifications for the above items may be secured at the
Town Clerk's Office

All bids are to be submitted on bid forms obtainable at the Town Clerk's Office and shall
be contained in Sealed Envelopes marked:
"Bid Proposal for: Regular Unleaded Gas
or On-Road Diesel Fuel
Sealed bids will be received until 11:00 AM on the 6th day of October 2026, at the Town
Clerk's Office at which time the Town Clerk will publicly open and read such bids.
