Solicitation Summary

The Maryland Department of Service and Civic Innovation (DSCI) is seeking an experienced evaluation consultant to provide evaluation capacity-building services for Maryland AmeriCorps subgrantees and the Governor’s Office on Service & Volunteerism (GOSV). Services include evaluation training, cohort facilitation, one-on-one coaching, staff training, technical assistance, and a landscape analysis of evaluation and performance measurement capacity across the Maryland AmeriCorps portfolio. The goal of this engagement is to strengthen data quality, reporting practices, evidence development, and overall program evaluation capacity in alignment with federal AmeriCorps requirements.
