This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish additional contract(s) to provide residential lead abatement and healthy homes repairs for SE Minnesota counties as needed. The counties where projects will be done: Dodge, Fillmore, Freeborn, Goodhue, Houston, Mower, Olmsted, Rice, Steele, Wabasha, & Winona.
All existing Contracts on A-259 will remain in place and will maintain their current contract terms, conditions, and pricing.
Responders do not have to propose pricing on all counties. Responders must complete a price schedule for each county they are proposing or by combining counties for which they are proposing identical pricing. For counties or groups of counties with different pricing, a price schedule must be uploaded for each.
Responders must submit Qualifications and Experience submittals as detailed in Section 4 – Proposal Content of the Request for Proposals (RFP). A response received without the required submittals may be rejected.
***Insurance Requirements. Contractors must be able to provide the insurance requirements noted in the Sample Contract and Exhibits document, Exhibit B: Insurance Requirements.***
Questions/Clarifications. The deadline for submitting questions is 2:00 PM, October 22, 2024. Questions must be submitted in writing to Erin Snaza, Buyer 3 at erin.snaza@state.mn.us. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation.
