Hologic Mammographic Technicians, System Maintenance, and Repair at Madigan Army Medical Center

Defense Health Agency is currently seeking sources for a possible upcoming contracting opportunity. This is not a solicitation for offers. We are only requesting contractors provide capabilities that could fulfill a possible future requirement. The possible requirement is for a capable contractor to provide all-inclusive, nonpersonal services for the maintenance and repair of 3D Mammography systems and associated components. This includes providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision necessary. The objective is to ensure the equipment maintains optimum operation and conforms to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standard specifications. Services include periodic preventative maintenance, calibration, on-site emergency labor, comprehensive parts coverage, and installation of all OEM-sponsored modifications. The background for this requirement is the need to support the mission of the Military Healthcare System (MHS) at Madigan Army Medical Center, which utilizes this critical equipment to serve its beneficiaries.

This requirement fulfill the possible requirement to provide Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) fully certified/qualified technicians to perform the maintenance and repair services for 3D Mammography system and components as described herein, to ensure that optimum operation and efficiency of the equipment is maintained, and that proper functioning of the equipment conforms to the OEM standard specifications. Contractor shall have knowledge of, furnish and install all OEM sponsored modifications at no additional charge. Additionally, the Contractor shall have access to all required OEM tools, technical repair or service manuals, software, firmware, and any other required parts or proprietary knowledge that would be reasonably necessary to perform through the life of this contract and all associated task orders. This includes all the OEM published Equipment Changed Orders (ECO) and Fielded Change Orders (FCO). Mandatory modifications include equipment upgrades or enhancements to equipment design and changes necessary for operator and patient safety. Services include 3D MAMMOGRAPHY SYSTEM Maintenance and Repair Service
