Substation and Switchgear A/B Replacement

Project Description: The project consists of removal of the existing 15kV fused switches and dry type transformers and replacement with new, Owner-furnished 15kV fused switches and oil-filled transformers at Substation A/B located inside the headworks building at the Budd Inlet Treatment Plan (BITP). The engineer's estimate is $1,132,000.00 - $1,446,000.00 including sales tax. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at BITP - 500 Adams ST NE, Olympia, WA 98501 on August 04, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. A site visit will follow the meeting. Questions must be emailed to bids@lottcleanwater.org. Messages submitted on this project portal are not monitored.
