Aging Service In-Home Original Providers

Project Description: Hillsborough County intends to establish three (3) new contracts through a noncompetitive procurement to Best Care Providers Inc, Etairos Health, Inc., and Faith Home Health, Inc., in an aggregate amount of $27,294,072.00, for a three (3) year period for the Aging Services Department (Department). The selected vendors have been performing companionship, homemaking, respite, and personal care services for the past six (6) years, and have received excellent ratings, complied with all contractual obligations, and are willing to continue to serve the County. Additionally, the selected vendors have gone through the required background check screenings, are approved with the appropriate clearances, and are established within the Department’s database, which will preserve continuity of services without disruption, and ensure the well-being and safety of the clients. This procurement is being made in accordance with Section 3-208(1)(s) of the County’s Procurement Policy for health services involving treatment, prevention and administration while taking into consideration the needs of the clients. The County reserves the right to extend the time period further, adjust the scope of services in response to changing conditions and updated requirements, and increase the resulting awards accordingly.
Contractors who believe that they can provide services that are substantially and materially the same as those identified in the attached scope of services are instructed to review the current, open Request for Qualifications solicitation, RFQ-25-00259 Aging Network In-Home Providers, and may submit a proposal for RFQ-25-00259 if Contractors would like their firm to be considered for evaluation.
