The purpose of this amendment is to rescind the cancellation of Request for Quotation (RFQ) 140P5126Q0041 and reinstate the solicitation.

The RFQ is hereby reinstated. The Government's requirement, specifications/statement of work, terms and conditions, and evaluation criteria remain unchanged.

The quotation submission deadline is hereby extended/reestablished through August 28, 2026, 1:00pm ET.

Vendors that previously submitted quotations may submit a revised quotation by the date and time specified above. Vendors that do not wish to revise their previously submitted quotation shall provide written confirmation by the revised closing date that their previously submitted quotation remains valid and may be considered by the Government.

Any revised quotation received by the revised closing date will supersede the vendors previously submitted quotation.

All quotations and revisions shall be submitted in accordance with the submission instructions contained in the RFQ.
