Project Description: This project will consist of a roadway overlay on White Oak Lane and West Walnut Street from Branch Street to the connecting alley. Work is to include asphalt milling, tack coat, and overlay with 1 ½” of 9.5mm WMA bituminous wearing course. Includes scratch leveling course on W. Walnut Street and select base repair on White Oak lane. Items for sweeping, installing utility risers and joint sealing around curbs, manholes, inlets, and valve boxes will be incidental to the project.
