Project Description: The Murray City Police Department ("City") is requesting Phase II qualification materials from respondents selected through the Phase I Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process for inclusion on the Murray City Police Department Towing Rotation List (“Rotation List”).
Only respondents selected through the Phase I qualification and random selection process are eligible to participate in Phase II.
The purpose of Phase II is to verify operational capability, regulatory compliance, equipment qualifications, insurance coverage, storage yard compliance, and overall readiness to perform towing and related services for the City.
