The County of Westchester (“County”), acting by and through its Department of Social Services, Office of Workforce Investment (“Department” or “DSS”), on behalf of the Westchester-Putnam Local Workforce Development Board (“WPWDB” or “Board”) is requesting proposals from qualified proposers to provide employment and training services for youth under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014, PL 113-128, and its implementing regulations (“WIOA”)
