Project Description: These specifications are issued to solicit sealed Proposal Packages from qualified firms to provide low-voltage infrastructure services at Hubert Middle School. The scope of work includes the installation of data cabling, fiber optic cabling, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, data racks, and district-provided wireless access points.
This project will be completed over a one-year period and organized into five (5) phases. Low-voltage work will be performed during each applicable phase in coordination with the overall construction schedule. Phase 1 has been omitted from this project; therefore, the scope of work will focus on Phases 2 through 5.
A copy of the SCCPSS Technology Design Plan is included as part of this solicitation. The selected Offeror will be required to adhere to all standards outlined in the plan. Any deviations from established installation or configuration guidelines must be reviewed and approved in advance by the SCCPSS Technology Department.
