Project Description: The City of Roswell (the “City”) and the Roswell Downtown Development Authority (the “DDA”) collectively the City Entities, issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) for a developer to purchase and develop a pad ready townhome site (the “Site”) that is a component of the Hill Street Mixed-Use Development in Roswell, GA. The purpose of this RFP is to select a developer to build 16 townhomes on a site as a component of the Hill Street Mixed-Use Development.
