PMREMS Headquarters Replacement Project

Project Description: Pocono Mountain Regional Emergency Medical Services (PMREMS) Headquarters Replacement Project
Sealed proposals are invited for the construction of a new headquarters facility for PMREMS located at 135 Tegawitha Road, Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania 18466. The work includes site preparation, new building construction, associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, generator installation, and paving/site improvements.
All bids shall be submitted electronically via the PennBid Program no later than 4:00 PM prevailing time on August, 19 2025, at which time the bids will be publicly opened online. Bid documents will be available at no cost on PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) starting July 1, 2025. All questions must be submitted via the 'Ask a Question/Messages' feature on PennBid.
A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the current PMREMS Headquarters at the project site on July 15, 2025 at 1:30 PM. Site tours will be conducted following the meeting.
Bid security in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid is required and may be submitted in the form of a bid bond uploaded to PennBid or a certified check delivered to PMREMS prior to bid opening. The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds each equal to 100% of the contract price.
This project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. All bidders must be registered to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
PMREMS reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the bid which is in the best interest of the organization.
