Project Description: The City of Brownsville, Texas is soliciting sealed competitive bids for the Abilene Trail Storm Sewer Improvements Project. The project includes the construction of drainage improvements to alleviate water ponding and improve stormwater conveyance capacity along Stillman Road through the installation of a new culvert crossing and associated drainage infrastructure improvements.
