D11 - Pedestrian Crossing for Conotton Valley Active Transportation Plan

Requesting bids for the material and installation of ODOT Spec 644 Thermoplastic Pavement Markings for the Conotton Valley School District in the Villages of Bowerston, Leesville, and Sherrodsville at the locations highlighted on the documents included in the solicitation. Bid should include material and mobilization and any other costs that would be included in the final project. Pedestrian Crosswalks will be High Visibility Crosswalks in Longitudinal Lines per the document attached with the ODOT specifications for these Crosswalk Markings.

Bowerston Locations:
- Add marked crossing at Main St and Liberty St intersection
- Add marked crossing at Gordon Sq and Liberty St intersection
- Add marked crossing at Busby Dr and Boyce Dr intersection

Leesville Locations:
- Add marked crossing at north leg of traffic circle
- Add marked crossing at west leg of traffic circle
- Add marked crossing at south leg of traffic circle
- Add marked crossing at east leg of traffic circle
- Add marked crossing at Green St and Lovers Ally
- Add marked crossing at Pearson Alley and Green St

Sherrodsville Locations:
- Add crossing at Sherrod Ave and Green St intersections to get to park
- Add crossing at Sherrod Ave and Community Dr to cross and access businesses
- Add crossing on Sherrod Ave to get to post office
- Add crossing on Hazelton and Sherrod Ave intersection
Work will be done at all locations listed above with the vendor providing material, installation, and maintenance of traffic. Please include all costs required to perform work within the quote.

In order to be awarded, supplier must have a valid OAKS ID/OH|ID registered with the State of Ohio
