Project Description: This Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (RFCSP) is intended to set forth the requirements to establish a five (5) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) service price agreement with three (3), one-year renewal options for the management and operation of janitorial services for City of Dallas Office of Arts and Culture (OAC) managed facilities. An ID/IQ term agreement is established when quantities of goods or services and/or delivery schedules cannot be determined. Goods or services shall be ordered on an as needed basis for the term of the agreement. The awarded contractor shall provide janitorial services including all necessary staff, supervisory staff, management, materials, and equipment to provide cleaning service relating to daily building operations and event operations on property managed by the City of Dallas Office of Arts and Culture.
