Description
The Clarke County School District is inviting Competitive Sealed Proposals for SPECIAL INSPECTIONS
AND CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL TESTING SERVICES for Gaines Elementary School project.
Competitive Sealed proposals will be received by the Clarke County School District in the SPLOST Office
located at 145 Paradise Blvd., Athens, Georgia, 30607, until 1:00 PM (EDT) on July 28,2025.
Bidding documents may be obtained by email from Troy Bassett, Clarke County School District, SPLOST
Office, email: bassettt@clarke.k12.ga.us. Subject of email to read: SPECIAL INSPECTIONS AND
MATERIAL TESTING SERVICES FOR Gaines Elementary School Project.
The contract, if awarded, will be on the basis stated in the Request for Proposal and Bid Specifications.
No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to waive technicalities and informalities.
