POSTED 1/18/24 after closing of the electronic bid submittals - Pursuant to PCC 20103.8 (c), and the inclusion of Bid Alternates for the referenced project, please note the Project Budget Amount is $2.25M.
The Fallbrook Union High School District of San Diego County (FUHSD) will receive electronic bids from contractors holding a type “B” license, on the following: Re-Bid #2324-01.R1 - DSA #04-121948 & 04-122183 – Agriculture Department Upgrade Project at Fallbrook High School. The Re-Bid includes (1) Bid Alternate as per PCC 20103.8 (c). This scope of work is estimated to be between $2,000,000.00 - $2,250,000.00 and includes the removal of three existing relocatable classroom buildings, demolition of associated site areas designated for new improvements, new construction of a single-story 30’ x 40’ classroom building, a new greenhouse, a new accessible 12’ x 40’ relocatable restroom building, and site improvements to include grading, new underground utilities, and new concrete flatwork / walkways, and other associated improvements per bidding documents. All bids must be submitted electronically as per the instructions included in the bidding documents on or before 12/21/23 no later than 2:00 PM. All General Contractors and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (M/E/P) Subcontractors must be pre-qualified for this project per bidding documents.
