The Los Angeles County (County) Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to procure services with an organization that can provide Preparation and Support for Families Adopting Children with Special Needs (P&S). P&S services is to help prepare prospective resource parents/families for the challenges of parenting and providing permanency to special needs children between the ages of 0-17.
