The City of Courtenay (the “City”) anticipates that the following procurement will be released in the near future per the details below. This scope and schedule are tentative and subject to change at the City’s discretion.
This notice does not:Commit the City to issue the procurement; Restrict the City to the particular procurement approach listed; Constitute a call for tenders; or Create any contractual or other legal obligation owed to any potential supplier by the City.
C26-048 - Mechanical Consulting Services – Corporate Facilities Energy Management Plan Implementation
Procurement Type: Request for Proposals
Scope of work to include:Detailed design; Contract administration; Commissioning and warranty support; and Grant funding support.
C26-049 – Mechanical Contracting Services - Corporate Facilities Energy Management Plan Implementation
Procurement Type: Request for Qualifications, shortlist to three contractors who will be invited to submit quotes on a project-by-project basis.
Scope of work to include mechanical and construction works to implement the City’s Corporate Facilities Energy Management Plan.
