Bid Type: Job Contract Locations: Windsor Keywords: Construction (Building), HVAC, Plumbing and Heating, Mechanical Services and Repair, Heating Installation and Services Bid Description: This work consists of construction of multiple HVAC improvements for the Rochester Town Office Building (67 School Street, Rochester, VT), including installation of heat pumps, a condensing propane furnace, and energy recovery ventilators. A recent energy audit for the building is available by emailing the project contact. Before submitting a proposal, bidders shall examine the town scope documents, visit the work site if necessary, and fully inform themselves as to all existing conditions.
