All questions will be answered by Friday, May 29, 2026. The bid form shall be submitted by email to pwdirector@barrecity.org no later than 12:00PM on Tuesday June 2, 2026, in order for a bid to be considered. The date and time recorded by the City’s email system shall be the official time of receipt. All bids must have the subject line of “SEMINAR HILL WATER MAIN BID”. Work may begin on June 15, 2026.
