This Pre-solicitation notice is prepared IAW FAR 5.204 and 5.207.
(a) Description. Non-personal passenger terminal security and baggage screening services in support of the 721 Aerial Port Squadron (APS), at the PAX terminal on Ramstein Air Base. Services must be performed unarmed and in compliance with Air Mobility Command’s directives and policies as well as German Aviation Security Act (Luftsicherheitsgesetz - LuftSiG) and other directives and laws, including all host nation requirements for conducting business in Germany and performing security service.

(b) All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
(c) Solicitation will be made available through the GPE.
