Proponents are to submit a proposal package including all disciplines' preliminary drawings, bills of materials with detailed specifications. The proposal package shall include all the aspects of the supply and installation of the proposed pre-engineered buildings and the mechanical systems, electrical and control systems, process systems and associated costs. Stantec will review the proposal from an engineering perspective to accept or reject the design of the buildings and associated systems.
