| Notes | Olmsted County Environmental Resources (County) invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for the purchase, implementation, training, and ongoing support of an enterprise Solid Waste Scale House and Data Management System. The County seeks a modern, fully integrated solution that will replace its existing scale software and improve operational efficiency, financial management, customer service, regulatory reporting, and data analytics across its solid waste operations. The selected software will become the County's primary operational platform for managing scale transactions, customer accounts, billing, reporting, waste and recycling data, payment processing, and future operational growth. |
