The Division Integrated Infrastructure Services (IIS), is responsible for these sites and along with
continual operational maintenance, provides renewal (IMR) and capital (CMR) construction
project support. In addition, IIS handles school generated program-based renovations.
This competitive RFSQ seeks to solicit qualification responses from qualified Mechanical
Contractors interested in being placed on the Division’s Qualified Supplier Roster (QSR) list for projects.
The Division will use this QSR for various budgeted fire damper inspection / replacement / duct cleaning projects. The Supplier will need to secure the mechanical consultant as well as the duct cleaning services.
Only respondents on the Division’s QSR list will be invited to provide fee proposals on the
Division’s Mechanical projects unless otherwise allowed for in this document.
