Shennecossett Golf Course PreFab Restroom Facility

Sealed bids for "Shennecossett Golf Course Prefab Restroom Facility" will be received by the Town of Groton at the Town Hall Annex, 134 Groton Long Point Road (across from R. E. Fitch High School) Groton, CT until 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, on September 17, 2026, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and designated as bid for “Shennecossett Golf Course Prefab Restroom Facility". Installation of a new prefabricated restroom facility along the eighth fairway at Shennecossett Golf course, including construction of new utilities, related sitework and repaving. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at: 284 Plant Street, September 1 at 10:00 am.
