Notice is given that on Thursday September 24, 2026, at 2:00PM the Metropolitan Council will receive
and publicly open separate sealed bids for Bus Operations Upgrade at East Metro Garage, Project
Number 64800, Contract Number 26P176.
The work of this project includes phased interior renovations at the East Metro Garage on both the first
and second floors of the building. Some improvements include flooring, architectural, mechanical,
electrical and plumbing work, along with selective demolition and wall/panel modifications.
