The Department of General Services (DGS), Division of Facilities Management (DFM) oversees the operation of over 400 County-leased and County-owned facilities. It is the intent of this solicitation to retain the services of an experienced contractor to accomplish all mandated portable fire extinguishers and kitchen hood fire suppression system inspections, testing, maintenance and repair services in compliance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards (refer to weblink
