Description

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is 15BBR026Q00000009 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).





Please read the following through its entirety:



The contractor is responsible for all necessary equipment, labor, materials, and incidentals to perform Landscaping Services from April 2026 through September 30, 2026 at Building 4 & Dayton Manor. (Please refer to the Statement of Work attachment for more details).



A site visit is scheduled for: Thursday, April 2nd, 2026 at 10:00 AM. The address is 199 Flushing Ave Brooklyn, NY 11205. The second site visit will be conducted shortly after, the address is 9325 Fort Hamilton Parkway Brooklyn, NY 11209. ​​​​​​Contractors are required to attend the site and fill out a contractors site visit form to prove they have attended. Submitted quotes without attending the site will not be considered. All contractors who are planning on attending the site visit must email b2rodriguez@bop.gov by Wednesday April 1st, 2026.





Please submit your quotes by:



Monday April 6th, 2026 at 10:00 AM. to b2rodriguez@bop.gov. Be sure to specify the solicitation number in the subject portion of the email.



Evaluation factors are past performance, lowest price, and delivery time. Best value determination method will be used to make awards. The government will award to the responsible contractor whose quote is conforming to the solicitation.



All vendors must complete and comply with the following:



1. Review the statement of work.



2. Attend the site visit.



3. Complete and submit the contractor’s information sheet.



4. Submit their quote.



5. Be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), http://www.sam.gov prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. 5. Review and comply with the attached Service Contract Act WD #2015-4187 for appropriate wage determinations.



“The Davis-Bacon and Related Acts, apply to contractors and subcontractors performing on federally funded or assisted contracts in excess of $2,000 for the construction, alteration, or repair (including painting and decorating) of public buildings or public works. Davis-Bacon Act and Related Act contractors and subcontractors must pay their laborers and mechanics employed under the contract no less than the locally prevailing wages and fringe benefits for corresponding work on similar projects in the area. The Davis-Bacon Act directs the Department of Labor to determine such locally prevailing wage rates. The Davis-Bacon Act applies to contractors and subcontractors performing work on federal or District of Columbia contracts.”
