WATER TREATMENT CHEMICALS
The Spartanburg Water System will accept sealed responses for the purpose of gathering
specification information, costs, and select a provider that can furnish and deliver the
water treatment chemical Polymer Liquid.
Proposals will be accepted at the Spartanburg Water Purchasing and Inventory Control
Department located at 345 South Avenue, Spartanburg, SC 29306 until Tuesday, January
6, 2026 at 10:00am EST, at which time they will be opened and publicly read. Inquires
can be made by contacting Johnny L. Lester, Jr. at telephone number 864-598-7226.

Purchasing Office of Spartanburg Water, 345 South Avenue, Spartanburg, S.C. 29306,

It is the policy of the Spartanburg Water System that local Minority and Women
Owned Business Enterprises, (MWBE’s) shall be afforded the opportunity to
