The purpose of this effort is to obtain the services and expertise necessary for the operation and
management of the DoD STARBASE Program at Patrick Space Force Base (PSFB), Florida.
The Contractor shall provide all services for the management and operation of the STARBASE
program in accordance with the PWS.
