The contractor shall provide all management, licenses, laboratory testing, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and labor to develop and implement the standards & requirements set forth in the Department of Veterans Affairs Health Care Services (VAHCS) provided Integrated Pest Management (IPM) plan for the nine VAHCS Bay Pines Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) in a manner that shall ensure the health and general well-being of all medical facility personnel/patients. The contractor Shall also be fully cognizant of the fact that this contract is for the control of all pests within a two (2) to ten (10) Feet depending on the area immediately outside of a hospital/patient care facility. They shall take all necessary steps and precautions to ensure full and complete care for employees/patient safety in the selection and application of all chemicals. The contractor must respond within 4 hours to get the pest notification from COR or Facility Coordinator (FC) of the VAHCS facility.
