Summary Details
This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the City of Kamloops (the “City”) to prospective major trade contractors to submit proposals for Trade Partner/Builder Services for the for the Kamloops Centre for the Arts (KCA) Integrated Project Delivery (“IPD”) project as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars
.
This RFP has been issued based on a Multi-Category Decision process. Proponents may submit on any number of the Categories. For the purposes of this RFP, the Categories shall include:
• Electrical Contractor
• Mechanical Contractor
• Steel Stud, Drywall Contractor
• Structural Steel Contractor
There will be no preference for awarding multiple Categories to the same Proponent.
