Description
The purpose of this project is to support the pilot construction of a series of new multi-plex housing units and the
development of a BC Playbook on Utilizing Factory-Built Modular Construction. The province of BC is at the
forefront of modular construction adoption in Canada.
Component 1: Economic Feasibility Study for Factory and Volumetric Modular Housing
Component 2: Comparative Environmental Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) (and potential Feasibility
Assessment TBC)
Component 3: Standardized Designs for Pilot Projects in BC
