Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. The Department of National Defence (DND) at 4 Wing Cold Lake requires the supply of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to empty septic tanks and catch basins, empty and clean grease traps, and pressure/steam clean plugged and frozen sewer lines on an as and when requested basis.
