NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that bids will be received by Whatcom County Administrative Services Finance-Purchasing at their office on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for the following:
East Whatcom Regional Resource Center Covered Sport Court
Maple Falls, Washington
UNTIL: 2:30 PM, Tuesday, September 15, 2026
At which time and place the bids will be publicly opened (live/virtual via Zoom), and read aloud. All bidders and any other interested people are invited to be present at the live bid opening via Zoom, as more completely described herein. Late submittals will not be considered.
Whatcom County Parks & Recreation is requesting bids for the East Whatcom Regional Resource Center Covered Sport Court, located at 8251 Kendall Road, Maple Falls, Washington 98266. The contractor will provide all materials and labor necessary as described in the bid documents.
There is a minimum apprenticeship utilization requirement of 15% of total labor hours for this contract.
