This is a request for proposal for construction for the Highway 86 Check Point Shelter Structure Expansion in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Offeror shall provide services in accordance with the following documents attached to this solicitation. Quotation response including pricing quotation is due by 2:00 PM ET on March 26, 2026. Included in this Request for Proposal are the attached:





Attachment 1 - Statement of Work - Highway 86 Check Point Shelter Structure Expansion

Attachment 2 - Construction Price Proposal Form

Attachment 3 - Wage Determination CA202600002 - Imperial County dated 01/23/2026





Magnitude of Construction Projects: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of the requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $200,000 and $300,000.
