Description
The objective of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather comprehensive intelligence on specific areas to inform our Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) strategy. Evaluate the market coverage, trial availability, and pricing of Intelligence Research Tools to identify suitable options. This intelligence should include, but is not limited to:
1. Financial Stability: Assessing the financial health and stability of third-party entities.
2. Compliance and Regulatory: Ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
3. Operational Performance: Evaluating the operational capabilities and performance history of third parties.
4. Cybersecurity Posture: Understanding the cybersecurity measures and vulnerabilities of third-party systems.
5. Environmental Social Governance, Reputation and Ethical Practices: Investigating the reputation, ethical practices, and any past incidents involving third parties.
6. Geopolitical Risks: Identifying any geopolitical factors that may impact third-party operations.
This intelligence will help us identify potential risks, ensure compliance, and enhance the resilience of our operations by thoroughly understanding the landscape of third-party interactions.
The estimated contract period will be 6 month(s).
