The City of Malibu (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to perform a Library Needs Assessment Update and a Feasibility Study for the Malibu Library. This dual effort will update the City’s 2018 Needs Assessment to reflect current community needs and trends while concurrently evaluating the feasibility of implementing potential solutions to address these needs.
The outcomes of this project will guide decision-making regarding library services, programming, facilities, and operations to ensure alignment with community priorities and the City’s long-term vision.
