Description

This Offer is for the provision of all labour, materials, tools, supervision, travel and equipment to provide refrigeration and HVAC Bi-Annual Inspections and maintenance and repair services for the Department of Fisheries and Oceans.

The Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) is to establish up to six (6) (2 per region) Standing Offers for the requirement detailed in the RFSO, within the below three regions:

•        Region 1 - Eastern and Central Regions of Newfoundland and Labrador;

•        Region 2 - Western & Northen Peninsula Region of Newfoundland and Labrador; and

•        Region 3 - Labrador Region of Newfoundland and Labrador,

Excluding locations that are subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs). Any requirement for deliveries to locations within CLCA areas within Newfoundland and Labrador will be treated as a separate procurement, outside of the resulting standing offers.

Offerors should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the Standing Offers will be called-up; DFO will issue call-ups only when the specific services to be provided under the Standing Offer are needed.

Canada intends to issue several Standing offers (SO). The period of the SO will be from the date of issuance until May 31, 2030. The distribution of work will be by the right of first refusal principle.
