06/30/2025 - GT Planning, Design & Construction (PD&C) on behalf of Georgia Tech Facilities, Inc. (GTFI) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (Step 1) from Firms interested in providing Professional Construction Management at-Risk Services (CM/GC) for the construction of a project known as ¿Project 0481-2025 GT Bobby Dodd Stadium Fan Experience Renovation¿ at the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, Georgia. Respondents who are determined qualified may be shortlisted for interview and offer proposals (Step 2).
