Notice is hereby given that the California R-1 School District will receive sealed bids clearly marked High School Athletic and Food Science Addition Project” on or before 2 PM CDT, Tuesday, October 13, 2026 to California R-1 School District, Attn: Daniel Williams, 211 South Owens St. California, MO 65018. There will be a public opening of the bids immediately following at California R-1 School District. Documents will be available September 11, 2026 , requesting from the Owners Representative, Navigate Building Solutions, Mark Simpson, mark@navigatebuildingsolutions.com .

There will be one (1) bid package associated with this bid. Please refer to the detailed scope of work narrative provided in the bid documents. planroom.drexeltech.com/projects/public

Prospective contractors are encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting that will be held on Wednesday September 23, 2026, at 2:00pm CDT. This meeting is not mandatory. Tour of the project will be conducted, which will begin at 1501 West Buchanan St. California, MO 65018 (high school).

The School District reserves the right to reject any and all submittals, or to advertise for new submittals if deemed necessary.
